That poor HSE woman was given about 40 seconds in the whole programme.
AT least they made the point that a lot of the ridiculousness has come about because of the ambulance chasers

Unfortunately they are another example of a body that the public hates whatever they do. Just like the police and social services.
If they implement directives, everyone says they don't need them. When they don't people sue the arses offother people saying they didn't have the right information

I have no issue with their existence, but I do genuinely feel they concentrate on completely the wrong things.

I thought it was ok.
Quite interesting to see the difference between the EU directives we have to follow, and how the HSE actually enforce them here. For example, the EU Directive on scaffolding and structures of the like was 3 pages long. The one out HSE released was 27 pages long. Fucking eejits!
