Good choice with the early Sunn, I'm not a massive fan of the latest stuff, but Monoliths & Dimensions is coming out soon, and features a full orchestra, so that might be quite interesting.

try wrapping a warm towel around your neck. the more pain, the more you'll tense up and the more it'll hurt. it's a vicious circle. avoid coffee and other stimulants, try a cup of camomile tea, that usually helps to relax me.
