Basically, it was the idea that
his alleged previous victims may, having been pretty psychologically damaged by what they'd been put through,
want access to the cadaver after the family had finished with it in order to give it the dignified finishing touches it deserved before it went on public display.
With hindsight, perhaps a 10k jpg of kid surgeons with a brief caption wasn't quite enough to communicate this. And perhaps it isn't even funny!
