Edit: I think there is truth to this though, I always seem to want a poo just as I start work on the computer, and just realised I sort of am sat in the way she says. Feet a bit raised and learning forward.

No,
my feet are about 2 inch higher than the floor, on my desk thing. And I lean slightly forward onto my desk top. My keyboard drawer is inbetween head/balls blocking any shenanigans.
