of course its fake, the perspective of the lift shaft shown on the screens changes for each camera shot
It would only look right from one specific perspective, so unless they could control the height and position of the one person getting in the lift it wouldn't work at all.
Plus the screens at the end aren't showing what was shown before, everyone reacts like they know what is coming, etc etc
