Ugh, I can't stand QR codes and other "augmented reality"
It feels like a very ugly stepping stone to proper augmented reality. I can't wait until we can have biointegrated heads up displays, or in this case, proper animated tattoos. It seems so clumsy to have to point your phone at something or lay it on your chest.

3d printers have still a long way to go, mind.
Though my friend did a series of skulls in primary colours recently which were lovely. She also showed me the work involved- it's certainly not straight forward!

I saw a video the other day of an actual working gun made with a 3D printer, only shot six bullets before falling apart, quite scary though, i'll see if i can find it.
