A literal "cap in the ass" would involve a hat and a Donkey.

This is a normal post WTF is wrong with Salford?
There have been more shootings in this tiny area of Manchester than in any other geographically similar sized area in the uk (in 2013). I've been there a couple of times and it doesn't even appear like that bad a shithole (lots of parts of London and certainly Sheffield are way worse).

This is a normal post I think referring to Salford as a "tiny area of Manchester" is a good starting point to earning yourself a bullet in the buttock ;o)
It's got, as anywhere, good bits and bad bits. There are a lot of old-school "families" in the area, and they seem to be going through a bit of a spate at the moment of taking what one might call a ballistic approach to problem solving.

This is a normal post Yeah, it's the old school families who are pissed off with their areas becoming 'gentrified'.
It does have some nice areas but it's the mindset of some of the people who have been there for years that has to change more than anything, doesn't matter how much money is pumped into the place.

This is a normal post Is it where that documentary "Shameless" is filmed?

(, Wed 9 Jan 2013, 10:52, , Reply)
This is a normal post No, that was in East Manchester.
They had to bribe the local kids to stop them throwing stones at them when they started filming.

This is a normal post Thats my point
They've put quite a lot of money into the area, tried to do up the schools and a proportion of the population want to make it back into 70s complete with massive unemployment, 3 day weeks, no electricity ...but with more guns. Why?
