Keep meeting people here in Blighty who are terrified of tiny useful nonthreatening spiders. Hopefully this little Afghan chap should put stuff in perspective.

I'm no arachnophobe, but I think it's perfectly rational to be uneasy about beasties with such a strong resemblance to face-huggers..

I like the ones that can't actually hug your face. They keep away the summer mozzies. My old girlfriend systematically and somehow permanently wiped them from my house, so I've got a chip on my shoulder.
