You get a lot of fake accounts that
steal random tweets to look natural. I do wonder if that is one of them - it is a bit of a rubbish joke.
I'm kind of on her side, though - it is annoying. Twitter should just add a glasscock check to their site, and link to the originator.

Dun geddit?
In other news did you hear about the ballon boy?
Ostracized from normal kids he was sent to a special inflatable school, filled with inflatable teachers, inflable desks, even inflatable black boards.
Then one day he couldn't take any more of this air filled rubber sham, cracked and went on a rampage with a pin popping anything he can see.
He's let the teachers down,
he's let the school down and worst still he let himself down.

Hmmm. There's a version of that somewhere that's funny.
But not that one: Pins burst balloons, not deflate them.

In other words,
the law has certain provisions and requirements; Twitter employs people to check whether those provisions and requirements are engaged; Twitter acts in accordance with the law if it decides that they are engaged.
Cue outrage.
