Put a load of kids on minimum wage with no job security in a call centre - nobody gives a fuck. I've done it myself.

Called up the AA the other day to find out why they whacked £100 on to my renewal, took about 30 mins to speak to someone capable of giving a fuck who then reduced it to what I paid last year. Shyster cunts
