Sex under false pretences =/= rapeYou are completely allowed to lie to obtain sex as long as you don't cross the boundary to coercion/blackmail (i.e., telling her bad things will happen to her unless she has sex with you). Consent that is freely given is valid consent, even if you lied in order to get it.
It's not even fraudulent, since sex is not legally saleable, so you're not obtaining anything of value.
It doesn't mean you're not an arsehole, but it's not illegal.
