Heard this on Radio 4 yesterday.....
The i-tunes user agreement runs to 13,000 words, as does Macbeth.

The Paypal user agreement is about 50,000 words.

The XBLA agreement runs to about 25 minutes of holding the 'down' stick.
Thank fuck I read it though, I almost used reverse engineered code from the Dashboard to govern the missile launching system of my nuclear submarine. THAT could have ended badly.
