Clients Are StupidI once had to train a client on how to use their new website. I said, "point the mouse at that button." They looked at me with a quizzical expression, picked up the mouse and held it to the screen. Can you beat this bit of client stupidity?

someone at my workwas genuinely surprised when I told him that he needed to clean his mouse from time to time to to ensure smooth operation.
also, I drove all the way across town to restart a computer which was apparently "broken", because the person in the office hadn't thought to try that yet.
