This is a question Complaining

I like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Guns N' Roses
A workmate of mine is big into metal, music that is. Because of this he was at the Guns N' Roses concert last night, after Mr. Rose had his hissy fit and left the stage my mate waited like most people for him to return, no such luck.

The lights went on and people assumed the show was over, he approached a security guy to ask if he know what was happening, the guy did not speak english, same for the next security guy. He then sees an older chap who looks like he might be a bit more aware, the following exchange takes place -

Mate "excuse me, is the show really finished?"
Security "Yeah"
Mate "they only played twenty minutes, do you know if there is anyone from the promoters here?"
Security "I told you the shows over, now fuck off!"

To be fair I was always told the best way to deal with a complaint is to be honest and direct.

Is your mate aware
that they did, in fact, come back on and finish the set 30 mins later?

I've got a bad feeling that they only did it so that they didn't have to refund ticket sales...

He found out that they finished the set this morning, he said he would have had to go before the end regardless as they were so late coming on stage.

Serves you mate right...
... for going to see Axl's Roses. The band Guns 'n' Roses died long ago, but the less brain-wrong members of the band let Axl keep the name in return for a few more quid.
Don't get me wrong, I rate Axl as a singer and songwriter -- but Guns 'n' Roses was only a great band because they were all talented.
Oh, and G' 'n' f'n R's were heavy rock, not heavy metal.

It's GnR
You should be complaining he's your friend. After Appetite for Destruction, they just started sucking. He's a moron for going to a concert hosted by a band for which the lead singer has a history off walking off and not finishing.

What sort of person
Wouldn't finish wanking off once they've started?
