This is a question Complaining

I like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

At a call centre
People would ask to speak to my supervisor.

I'd see which team mate was off a call, let them know what was up, transfer it through, and they'd promise to give me and everyone involved a right spanking.

If you weren't so shit at your job, people probably wouldn't ask to speak to your supervisor so often
just sayin'

i think there will always be cunts who want to go over your head if they dont get their own way - so this may not be a reflection of the posters job skills

I get fucked off when the monkeys get stroppy when I ask to be put through to a supervisor.
I did that call centre malarkey years ago, never bothered me putting calls through to a supervisor.

Mind you, I was shit at the job and got sacked, so maybe I'm not the best role model.

I'm awesome in the call centre
and we still do this shit. Most customers get told politely to fuck off, and then the call gets "escalated" so they can hear a slightly more senior person tell them to fuck off.
