This is a question Customers from Hell

The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.

Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Good evening, how are you?
"I'd like a tomato juice and tonic please."

Me - "A tomato juice and a tonic water? Certainly."

"No no no. Tomato and tonic together."

Me - "Mixed together? I must say I've never heard of that, are you sure?"

"Yes please."

Watches me pour the two into a long glass and give it a mix...

"What the fuck have you made there? I wanted a tomato juice AND a tonic, not mixed together! Are you stupid?"

Me - "That's what you asked for!"

Gives me a look of death like I was worse than a bad ant.

punters
Having worked in a bar I feel your pain, Lindsay Dawn Mackenzie of big breasted footballer molesting fame ordered 3 triple vodkas and DIET coke off me, stressed the diet, which I duly poured (from bottle) and then gave me an ear bashing for using non diet....she went into one of those "do you know who I am rants"£ and unfortunately i kept the "yeah some fat titted tart who f***s footballers for cash" line to myself....one of my bigger regrets that.

Tomato juice and lemonade
is rather good as long as it's made with tomato juice and not some tomato cocktail thing. Worcestershire sauce and lemonade don't make a happy combination.
