This is a question Customers from Hell

The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.

Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Customers from Hell?
What about shopworkers from Hell?

Here's a hint to the till staff at Stockport Tesco. Just because a courgette has a light-and-dark pattern on its skin, it doesn't follow that it'll be identifiable to the laser scanner. I promise.

Mind you
it's given me an idea. Genetically modify fruit and veg to display bar codes...

I feel a grant application coming on.

@Rakky
Waht a spiffing idea.

@'Swipe: It's either Stockport or Gorton market. It's the least bad option, I'd say. Though I'm guessing you've never been anywhere so insalubrious as Gorton... ;)

funnily enough
my friend used to live on gorton road, just near that hall of mirrors place and vince's chippy. she said it was stockport. i said gorton. she said REDDITCH.

i said, like that makes it any better...

@'Swipe
Redditch is just south of Birmingham. It's a dump, too - but the dump I think you mean here is Reddish. And by that, I don't mean that it's slightly russet.

You coming to the Northern Bash, btw?

Is Leos still there?
My mum grew up on Mount Road (175 I think - on the corner of Mount Road and Thomson Road) and married at the church opposite the school - Spuley Hey I think it was called but its names changed now. The church was LAdy of St Mercy I think

Gorton used to be an alright place when I was a lad.

@pickle
I actually like Gorton. I get a bit pissed off about the tremendous amount of litter, and the shin-deep dogshit on the pavements, and the smashed-with-alarming-frequency windscreen... but I still like the place.

Plus, I can't afford to live in Moss Side.
