put a ton of it in a spice grinder/coffee grinder with black peppercorns
and star anise or cinnamon or whatever else,

and then boil it up in some milky and sugary tea so that you have chai to drink. That gets rid of cardamom really quickly.

(I have this exact same problem but with turmeric, and I just hide a little bit in everything I cook now. Daily Mail says it cures cancer, or causes it...)
