This is a question Faking it

Rakky writes, "We've all done it. From qualifications to orgasms, everyone likes to play 'let's pretend' once in a while."

So when have you faked it? Did you get away with it? Or were your mendacious ways exposed?

The BBC
Meh...ok, they didn't quite fake it, but they have just got my hopes up unnecessarily.

Radio 4 were just discussing Margaret Thatcher, and whether or not she should receive a state funeral*. Having only turned the radio on halfway through this article, I assumed the old dragon had popped her clogs and was about to pour myself a pint of milk and sing "Ding, dong, the Witch is dead."

I was very disappointed to find out I'll have to wait a little longer.

*Not that I've got the energy to start a political debate, but I'd just like to say "Fuck, no!"

when she dies
there'll be partying in the streets, just to hammer home a point of course

Just remember
dance on her grave before you piss on it.

I think she should receive a state funeral
As long as it's tomorrow. While she's still alive.

at the petrol station yesterday, nearly crashed into the pump.

then i saw how much i was expected to pay for a tank of cocking petrol and nearly did it again.

God knows what I'm going to do when I have to start buying my own petrol.
I may have to sell my body and the proceeds of that will only get me to the end of the road.

All you

To top it off,
they mentioned that they were opening up some part of the blog or HYS section of the BBC website for people's own opinions - oh, great! The opinions of those among the general public who feel that making their point will make some sort of bloody difference. Because what I really want to read is a slanging match between the more vociferous of those she pissed off and a bunch of fat tory cnuts who thought the sun shone out of her satanic backside...*

I read that post by Legless
Not that long back about how badly he felt let down by Tony the grinning warmonger, and now the Broon Bottler.

I would have replied to it, but I could not have contained my anger. I too feel like my heart has been ripped out by the utter shower of shite that infests downing street at the moment.

I know how my old dad felt when Kinnock snatched humiliating defeat from the jaws of victory. he was an old dyed in the wool Labour man from the valleys and the Kinnock humiliation, so soon after the Foot years left him heartbroken, never to vote
Labour again.

I too felt the soaring of the spirit and vicious delight as senior Tory after Senior Tory fell at the hands of New Labour, only to have it all slowly crushed over the last 10 years by seeing New Labour become worst than anything Maggie ever dreamed of.

I never thought anything would make me forgive Maggie and want the Tories back, but Dave is getting my vote next time.... probably the first of my family to vote Tory in 50 years.

Maggie was a sweetie compared to what that facist Brown is doing to this country.

my father in law
always said that he was going to dance on her grave.
Sadly she has made a pack with satan and has out lived him.
When he was very ill his brother said 'you can't go yet, Thatcher is still alive'. His reply was 'take one of my shoes and bang on her grave.'
So one of his shoes has been kept just for this occasion.

Dancing
I thought that the whole state funeral was a great idea until I fully puzzled out what they were proposing, i.e waiting till she was dead first, not much point then is there.
