Best PLACE I've seen graffiti?!On the Welsh evening news a few years back they were doing a story about some tree-hugging hippy protester types. Camera is on one soap-dodger being interviewed, and behind him his dog slowly walks past...
... in large letters shaved into the dog's side, the word "TWAT".
