This is a question Greed

Buzzkillington says: "I once worked for Pizza Hut... Whats the the worst thing you've ever done for money?" And while we're here, tell us about greedy people you know. Money or pie, it doesn't matter.

I buy a ticket for the Eurolottery
But only when the jackpot is over £50m
I'm not sure why my brain thinks that winning an amount lower than this isn't worth the £2 outlay.

I am the same....

I agree, but am more extreme.
Logically, it's not worth it if the payout doesn't match (or exceed) the odds. You're being taken for a ride paying £2 for a bet at 76,275,360/1 unless the jackpot is £152,550,720.

I'm questioning the maths on this one but can't work it out right now.
Besides, if you win two million you can invest one in something exiting and live off the other and end up with a whole load more.
Money makes money and a hundred thousand GBP, EUR or USD is more likely to make you a millionaire than you are to win the jackpot.

I have one ticket for every draw
but as I subscribe online I can put it out of my mind.
