Spinach...is the root of all evil. I don't simply dislike it, I have a genuine fear of the stuff. The mere sight of it makes me want to vomit, and don't get me started on the smell (some say it doesn't have a smell, but it does to me). I don't really know why I have this fear, but it has led to some unfortunate incidents. Like the time my boyfriend's mum served up pasta on a bed of spinach leaves for dinner. I broke out in a cold sweat when the bowl was put in front of me.
