This is a question No Self-Awareness

I had a boss who had no idea of his body odour problem, and everybody was too tactful to break it to him. Not so a visiting Rev Ian Paisley: "What the blazes is that smell? Is it you?" That sorted it. Stories of people blissfully unaware of their bad smells, bad manners and foghorn voices.

So your story is:
I'm employed solely to serve drinks and charge people for them and I have a problem with one of the drinks my employers supply and the way people choose to pay for them?

Where's the lack of self awareness though? Do they not realise they are ordering coffee? Do they think you only serve coffee and have somehow missed all the bottles of alcohol on the wall? Or are they just meant to know that you hate your job and the very person you've become and the only way to give your life any meaning is by belittling the very people who keep you in a job on a faceless Internet forum?
