This is a question Old stuff I still know

Our Ginger Fuhrer says that he could still code up a simple game idea in Amstrad Basic, while I'm your man if you ever need to rebuild the suspension on an Austin Allegro (1750 Equipe version). This stuff doesn't leave your mind - tell us about obsolete talents you still have.

Back in the day...
On the spectrum, typing in "fluffy" on the title screen of New Zealand Story gives you infinite lives.
If it was made by Ocean, it was awesome :D

Damn straight
Mental considering the arcade rom was about 200k in size, the game is still miles better than some of the shite out today. One of Oceans finest :)

Was it really just "fluffy" on the Spectrum?
It was "fluffykiwis" on the Amiga.

On the speccy it was just "fluffy"
Maybe trying to type in too many letters might have caused the speccy to crash, although it most probs needed every bit/byte they could spare to get that running on a 48k

NZS
Best platform game ever, fisrt experienced it on the speccy, still have it on MAME.

Codemasters tried something similar with CJs Elephant Antics, not the same though..
