Not really gonz there's another level that goes on top of this
the risk of removing them can cause serious health problems or death is there, not like returning a car.
So there has to be a calculation based on the risk of the implants failure vs the risk of an early removal.

There's not enough evidence of the failure rate to properly asses that risk at the moment so the correct thing to do is "wait and see" but people don't want to hear that about their health even when it is correct advice.

I totally argree with that if the risk of taking them out/replacing them is higher than the risk of them bursting and causing related health problems..... then they shouldn't be replaced.
But to say Buyer Beware on this, we're not exactly talking about getting a DVD that turned out to be pirate off ebay here... we're talking about a medical doctor OK'ing an invasive medical procedure for one of many reasons beyond "Tee hee, nice tits, love".
