We had a chap round a couple of months ago to fix ours
who had an unconscious habit of asking "Do you know what I mean?" after every single sentence he uttered.
I didn't really know what he meant, but I found it ruined the flow of the already awkward conversation to say so.

Things to look out for:
Jumping ability, horses with 'F' Fall, 'U' Unseated, means they are lacking here
weight carried, preferably under 11st
Stamina, it's a long race, look for horses that have won over 4 1/2 miles
The going , if it continues to rain the ground will soften handicapping some horses
Age, ther last 7 winners were 9 or 10 years old

(, Thu 12 Apr 2012, 15:26, Reply)
As it's quite a tech question for you all
I have no set TV ouput in the new flat, just two black wires, containing a thick copper core surrounded in plastic surrounded in copper mesh. Not sure if these are normal TV wires and I can wire them into a plate or if they are satellite wires?

Any thoughts?
(, Thu 12 Apr 2012, 15:12, Reply)
Same thing
depends on what they're attached to.
Thoughts: you're an idiot.
(, Thu 12 Apr 2012, 15:14, Reply)
I don't know, they were behind a flat plastic plate...
the last tenantes had sky apparently, but I don't want sky, I want normal telly
(, Thu 12 Apr 2012, 15:16, Reply)
You need to unscrew all plastic plates you find
Then touch each of the wires to your tongue.
(, Thu 12 Apr 2012, 15:19, Reply)
*smokes*
ok now what?
(, Thu 12 Apr 2012, 15:20, Reply)
Then they'll be attached to the satellite dish
