Nope, hopefully Monday. Went up this morning and it was rammed. I think lot's of people wanted to get back for the national. They love a gamble in Wales. It's not ideal training in Vans sneakers to be honest.

So what have you ordered/planning on buying?

Reebok Flex, design your own, they are mainly green and yellows. But I'm doing more cardio now than weights so need to gear up. Problem I'm having is my knee is crap so I do about 45 mins and it's screwed for 3 days. Might go back to physio.

Hmm
For ninety five quid, I'd expect them to do the running for you.

I've never had a good pair of trainers before so I thought I would treat myself.

Well, with some good trainers and a broken car
You'll be able to run everywhere.

I'll tell you something else! I've lost the key for my bikechain somewhere too. FFS I am literally stranded in Wales.
