I went all the way to the shop to buy some cheesecake.

On the way back from the hospital, I've just bought a microwave quarter pounder, a massive bag of crisps, and a bar of chocolate.

And you know what? I'm not going to feel the slightest bit guilty while I eat it.

They're trying one last thing to fix it medically overnight, which would mean he won't need the procedure they wanted to do in the morning.
