bit early for lunch innit?
i am torn between healthy EAT minestrone and pesto soup (200 cals) or vegetarian pizza and chips in our staff restaurant (2000 cals). roar.

I went to the gym this morning
and we've not got any crisps left, so my mid morning snack turned into my sandwiches. I have a yoghurt to last me the rest of the day now.

Assuming I don't pop to the shops.
