Good morning all
So this weekend I went Rowing, the upper arms and shoulders are really hurting, I think my fitness level aren’t quite what they used to be, I’m also nursing a hangover. What have you lot been doing?

I had a really busy saturday at work,
But Sunday was dead, so I knocked off early and spent the evening in a lovely pub by the river with two old friends. Wrote a new song, met a lovely Irish couple with 2 daughters, and showed the little girls how to get the most out of a rope swing over the river.
Drank some beers, sang some songs, Sunday win.

I am on the lol page, lol.

I never work Mondays, so I find compute games and orange juice is a sound remedy.
