It might all be bollocks, but it looks like they were letting in people without actually checking they had the right/ability to be there at all,
then not bothering to check if anyone turned up. It's not a big leap from that to running what is essentially a scam.

I once did some work for what is blatently a lower scale similar gig. It was a 'charity' 'journelism school'.
I meet him in Yo'Sushi about 3-4 years ago, wanted a website to rivel UCL/Birbeck, but only had £500 and even on that he wanted me to go down. I did a design and spent a week on it before finding out the budget. His office was so nice that I thought he'd be alright for doing a proper job, plus I wasn't as good as I am back in those days. Then 2-3 years ago, Russ meet him, through awnsering a Gumetree advert. Russ spent a lot of money and time and then got completely fucked around. We lol'd when it clicked it was the same guy, I even went back there myself for Russ one day and it was the exact same bloke.

The bloke had the most georgous office I've ever seen in a very swank part of London, but the school only had 2 computer rooms with about 20 in each one, yet 5000 odd students... who none of us saw even one of them.
