TROUSER UPDATE
Having purchased an unprecedented two pairs of work trousers at the weekend I can confirm that initial stress testing indicates trousers functioning within nominal parameters. They are, however, as tight as a drum-skin over my posterior. Am fully expecting to be slapped on the arse and told to shut my whore mouth at some point today. I hope they loosen up a bit.

It's a couple of things, impending mid life spread being one of them.
My family also grow weirdly, I'll keep getting broader until about 45 and then I'll get all wizened and knobbly.

I think they picked up the wrong kid when they brought me home from hospital
I'm about 4" taller than everyone else in my family and look nowt like them
