The twin towers were steel as well,
They showed how the fire protection on them was compromised by the collision, and the aviation fuel allowed far higher temps than would normally happen in a building fire.

Neither did Building 7
It was hit by a lot of heavy debris from the wtc which then started the fires, once there is any point of structural weakness it is easy to extrapolate that as the point of failure
