There's a guy at my work who's totally institutionalised - he's very, very rude, and simply refuses to talk to even answer direct questions - from anyone, regardless of hierarchy.
He's one of those people who's only there because it's too much hassle to fire him.

I get a little bit concerned by how wound up his rudeness gets me. This is compounded by knowing that such would delight him greatly were he to find out.
