Recipe,
Drink 3 (or more but minimum 3) pints of real ale the night before. Eat something spicy (doesn't matter what)

In the morning eat a packet of sugar free sweets I used to favour Aqua drops but I haven't seen them for a while, Silent emissions will ensue
