Marble brewery? No, they have an excellent reputation though.
Do you know the real ales?Blackjack, and Wilson Potter. Both very nice

I'm thinking of a micro brewery here, we have cellar space, and I'm thinking of a seven barrel kit.

7 barrel is hardly on site pub size micro, if you mean brewer's barrels
Most pubs have a 1.5 barrel kit
