spelling
People that cant spell the word lose.

Such things actually piss me off more than mis-spelling a non-standard word such as "lose".

Y'know, lately, I keep doing that by accident,
also I recently developed the inability to recall the difference between Practice and Practise, and rather ironically Seperate and Separate.

All my life I've known instinctively which is which, but now I seem to have lost that instinct and I can't seem to rationalise it instead.

Maybe I'm just getting old, but TBH, I don't really care much anymore either, I'm sure Americans have already dropped one of each and I dare say we will too, soon.

Which come to think of it, may be the problem...

No, there didn't. There has only ever been one spelling and it's separate.

I also used to instinctively know the correct grammar and spelling for most situations, but constant exposure to the internets appear to have destroyed it.
