My TheoryIt's all Frank Spencer's fault. HE has built a complicated program that votes for anyone that isnt him and gives them a 1.
For his own photos, the program votes him a 9.
It's a theory, sure. but its one that Ive given quite a bit of thought to...well, at least 10 minutes. Anything to prove I am not a 1.
