It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*

I'm voting for Captain PlacidMy blood ran cold when I read this a couple of weeks back. I don't want to tar everyone with the same brush, but... all the Goths I have ever met have been decent, placid people (and I count myself as an ex Goth with latent Goth tendencies). Whereas, I have never met a chav / charva / ned / pikey / whatever you want to call them that has ever displayed any form of intelligence, non-monosyllabic speech function, public spirit or plain decency.
Ever.
