The PoliceSitting in my local pub late one night enjoying the landlord's flexible idea of what constitutes his licencing hours, a bunch of drunk blokes in raincoats burst in. Requesting to be served, one shouted at the barman "It's alright - we're not coppers!"
They were spitting images of Lt. Columbo to a man. The barman laughed them out of the pub.

My wife's ex-husband......is a copper, and he's a scumbag. When he left, she asked him if he cared about his two young daughters - he said "Not enough to stay, no".
He also then moved 200 miles away, complains that he hasn't get enough money for petrol to come and get them, and only sees them a couple of times a year. I could go on, but I'm depressing myself.
