Now, Telford was built in the 1960's wasn't it?Weren't they trying to set the record for the world's largest compost heap, or something?
Also, interesting fact, if you look at the parts of the country where the most murderers, child rapists or terrorists come from in the UK, you'll find that it is Crawley. I know this to be true because I just made it up.
