Rubbish TownsI once went to Basildon. It was closed, I got chased by a bunch of knuckle-dragged yobs until I was lost in a maze of concrete alleyways and got food poisoning off pie. Tell us about the awful places you've visited or have your home.

Me too mateAnd I think you've summed it up admirably. I particularly enjoy visiting the folks at Christmas and having a wander through the clockwork-regular massive punch up at the Market Cross on Christmas Eve, traditions define society.

I disagreeI'm from Corby Glen. I got a couple of punches from a fuckwit once, but the vast majority of people who get a blow to the face of a weekend in G-Town are people who could really do with having the crap beaten out of them. As long as everyone in the fights gets badly hurt, then actually they're making the world a better place.
Keeps plenty of doctors in employment too. And otherwise, the town is very nice. The countryside around it is beautiful. St Wulframs is lovely. Belton House is nice. Some of the new bars are expensive enough to keep the dickheads out on the streets.
