This is a question Amazing displays of ignorance

Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "My dad's friend told us there's no such thing as gravity - it's just the weight of air holding us down". Tell us of times you've been floored by abject stupidity. "Whenever I read the Daily Express" is not a valid answer.

Reminds me of a time in school when we were 12 and memorizing the parts of the reproductive anatomy for sex ed. In math class, the teacher asked (I have NO idea why) what another name for skin was and one of the girls shouted out, "THE EPIDIDYMIS!" We all burst into laughter and she turned bright red and stuttered, "N-no, I meant epidermis. Epidermis!"

Like the famous lad on Blockbusters
who gave the answer as 'orgasm' instead of 'organism'!

Some things, you just can't live'em down.
