Perhaps the travel agent told them it was Palma Nova they'd bookedWe stayed in Palma Nova and really liked it, but if you walked too far through the resort, you quickly hit the edge of Shagaluf.
It's easily identifiable, all the restaurants and shops are replaced by tattoo parlours and lap dancing clubs, and the whole place smells of drunkards' piss.
