Totally agree...Orange are as useless as a bag of stoats. Their store staff are horribly ill-informed (at least on every occasion I've been) and whenever you complain to their telephone staff the canned response is "you'll need to take that up with the branch". Never mind that I've been hung up on by their call centre staff more often than I've spoken to them.
