Can anybody please explain the thing about the goat with big tits and the lizard people to me?
Apparently there's this evil-looking goat with huge breasts, who controls a race of space lizards who are intent on taking over the world and driving out love and compassion. They do it by disguising themselves as people and rising to positions of power (Tony Blair was one and Michael Portillo, I believe.)

I don't know any more than that. Can anybody clarify?

My theory as to why Icke thinks this is a combination of Booze and "V" the TV Series from the 1980s.

He was an alcoholic back then, and I think in one of his alcoholic hazes he thought the lizards in "V" were real. Makes more sense that what he says (and I have sat through one of his seven hour stage shows!!)

is Baphomet/Sophia.

I'm assuming you are referring to the image by Eliphas Levi which has a hermaphrodite with large breasts and a visibile erection and the head of a goat with a pentagram on it, sitting cross-legged with it's hands in the "as above, so below" position, one hand pointing to heaven the other poiting to the ground.
