Morning Swipey and how the very devil are you?
Have a year off from it and live at a slower pace with time for reflection, Read a lot and from that year you'll find something you want to learn.
I'd study guitar making, there's courses all over the world that I'd take but they are all full-time residential and between 1 month and a year long and, unfortunately, I have to earn a living.
Alt: Don't worry, by the time november comes the Easter eggs will be on the shelves.
Ninja edit - As above, why not try a martial arts class? Good for confidence and there's fit guys there that are less likely to be closet gayers. Just sayin' like.

I'm probably biased but.....
Having studied three martial arts to a relatively competent level in my 52 years on this planet I'd look for an Aikido class, preferably one that trains hard. It's by no stretch of the imagination a 'quick fix' but it's a devastating martial art if you have to use it 'in the gravest extreme'. I came to it in my early thirties after a decade or so of the more punchy kicky type of MA's and I never looked back.
