My boss refusing to put the Air conditioning unit back into the canteen
The heat in there is ridiculous, but he's saying it has been 'left on too many times', despite us pointing out it has to be, as the room doesn't instantly cool down. His main complaint is that it has been left on after work before, which I can understand, but as it's only happened about 3 times, it seems overkill.
Add to that the fact I'm not allowed to eat at my desk, and I'm not bloody happy.
Alt: Skips, Pringles, Hula Hoops and Nik Naks are all magnificent.
AltAlt: Might grab something from the butty van.

Yes, and shift work can make you more easily run down and slower to recover.
But it's about 21 days per year sick. Which is more than most people have holidays.
That said, stupidly we measure sickness even when they're not scheduled to work so it's not quite as bad as it seems. If someones call in sick friday and monday that counts as 4 days.

If you get in a few fights in pubs over a period no serious injurys etc, you might get a fine or some community service, if you go out and find gay people/black people/jewish people and punch them once in the face the crime is the same but the motive is much more sinister.

34 by my count.
I have a cousin who became a grandmother at 34.
Saying that, I technically became a step-grandmother at 25, so who am I to talk?

"Being kept in a car like an animal for the rest of his life is enough of a punishment for anyone !!"
That can't even be explained away as a typo, that's just someone frothing at the mouth so much that they have forgotten what words mean.

4 taxis just pulled up out the front of my office.
A bunch of Brazillian paralympians got out, about 12 or 13 in total, all tracksuited up . Three in wheelchairs, some on crutches. They lined up in front of The London Eye to have a group photo taken, and just as they did the traffic lights changed and a row of cars built up in the road between them and The Eye. Imemdiately behind them was a big white construction van wih the name of the company emblazoned down the side in huge red letters, right in the photo. The company was called 'Walkers'.
Oh well, it made me laugh.

i found one on ebay a few months back for about 2grand,
