# basically you have to digitoze then
vectorize it for use in a font making program. You should be able to find the old but functional Macromedia fontographer around for free. That will do the job fine.

but never had any issue doing it. Quite easy once you get the hang of it. It's just vector scaling each letter and compiling the font when all done.
