# yeh i first wrote dogs and dolphins
but then i realized that the dolphins did NOT deliver any bombs. what did dolphins do again? they just let them swim through underwater mines so the dolphins would blow up instead of submarines or what was their purpose again?
(, Sat 14 May 2011, 2:27, archived)
# But with such finesse.
(, Sat 14 May 2011, 2:33, archived)
# haha bad puns for one year
but yeh that was their purpose right? just to swim into mines which is silly cause dolphins are smart animals. i believe they just fucked off and said "good bye and thanks for all the fish" who used dolphins anyways? the Japanese? i think nazis could only afford herrings or something.
(, Sat 14 May 2011, 2:40, archived)
# The British Army made extensive use of them in the Burma campaign, to help maintain troops' morale.
Their exploits were later dramatised in the 1970s series "It Ain't Half Hot, Mum," but animal welfare laws, and the advanced age of the original participants, meant the dolphins had to be replaced by human actors.
